Terms of Service
Last updated: May 20, 2026. These terms govern your use ofOpsRoom's dashboard, API, and related developer tools.
Agreement
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use OpsRoom on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
The service
OpsRoom provides tools for iOS developers to configure in-app behavior remotely (including upgrade prompts, maintenance mode, and related features described in our documentation). We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Accounts and API keys
- You are responsible for safeguarding dashboard credentials and API keys.
- API keys are scoped to your app's bundle ID. Do not embed keys in client-side code outside the official SDK integration patterns we document.
- You must rotate compromised keys promptly using dashboard tools when available.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
- Present upgrade or system-style prompts that impersonate Apple or iOS in violation of App Store guidelines
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls
- Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent
Your content
You retain ownership of text, images, and configuration you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, and deliver that content solely to operate the service for your apps. You are solely responsible for your content and for obtaining any rights needed from end users.
App Store and platform compliance
You are responsible for compliance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and all applicable laws. OpsRoom does not guarantee app approval. Features such as forced upgrades must be used honestly when an update is truly required.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans, free trials, and refunds will be described at checkout and in billing documentation. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply.
Availability and support
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The SDK is designed to fail open on network errors so end users are not blocked when our API is unreachable. Support levels may vary by plan.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUNCHQUICKLY AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify OpsRoom against claims arising from your apps, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, risk to the platform, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that should survive will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country of residence.
